Surrozen, Inc. has a collaboration and license agreement with Boehringer Ingelheim International GmbH to research, develop, and commercialize Fzd4 bi-specific antibodies; and a research collaboration agreement with TCGFB, Inc. to discover antibody therapeutics targeting transforming growth factor beta, or TGF-ß, for the treatment of patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. Surrozen, Inc. was founded in 2015 and is headquartered in South San Francisco, California.
