The Services segment provides aftermarket services through an engine's lifecycle, including service agreements, spare parts, overhauls, remanufacturing of engines and components, digital solutions, and service-related activities, as well as maintenance and replacement of parts, transactional services, and multi-year contracts. It also operates Myplant, an AI-enabled fleet management platform. Innio N.V. was founded in 2018 and is headquartered in Munich, Germany. Innio N.V. operates as a subsidiary of AI Alpine (Luxembourg) S.à r.l.
