It sells its products and services to distributors, dealers of automotive or industrial spare parts, workshops, shipyards, end-users, and fleet owners through retail outlets, wholesale, and e-commerce websites. The company was formerly known as SAG Holdings Limited and changed its name to INNEOVA Holdings Limited in April 2025. INNEOVA Holdings Limited was founded in 1970 and is headquartered in Singapore. The company operates as a subsidiary of Soon Aik Global Pte Ltd.
