It benchmarks the performance of its portfolio against the CBOE S&P 500 Buy/Write Index, Philadelphia Gold & Silver Index, Dow Jones U.S. Basic Materials Index, and S&P Global Agribusiness Equity Index. The fund was formerly known as Gabelli Natural Resources, Gold & Income Trust. GAMCO Natural Resources, Gold & Income Trust was formed on January 27, 2011 and is domiciled in the United States.
