It serves utilities, manufacturing, transportation, commercial, industrial, institutional, renewables, and governmental customers. The company was incorporated in 2024 and is headquartered in Bismarck, North Dakota. Everus Construction Group, Inc. was formerly a subsidiary of MDU Resources Group, Inc.
